Most of the time, calls to Cornhusker Tech are straightforward... there's a problem with a computer, it needs fixing, and an appointment is made for drop-off or on-site service. Or it's for a website hosting package and the website details are taken down and the order is submitted for processing. Sometimes, though, the calls aren't always quite so straightforward. For example... no, I don't provide dial-up Internet access (someone once insisted I did -- as if I didn't know my own services). No, if you just started up, have a simple web site with very little information, and are trying to compete with thousands of others in the same field, I probably can't make you "number one on the Google" overnight. And no, I don't offer a free last rites service. Maybe you've had to deal with similar calls in your respective industries.
